Stop sending homeowners to your homepage. Send them to their roof.

Introducing Smart QR Landing Pages: every mailer you send now opens a personalized roof report for that exact home. Their aerial photo, their findings, their number. No forms, no widgets, no dead ends.

Here's a question worth sitting with: when a homeowner gets curious about their roof, where does that curiosity go?

For most roofing companies, it goes to a homepage. Or an "instant quote" widget. Or a landing page with a form asking for name, phone, email, address, and preferred callback time, all before the homeowner has seen a single thing about their own roof.

The status quo, and what it costs you

  • Widget subscriptions. Chat bubbles, quote calculators, scheduling pop-ups. Monthly fees for tools that treat every visitor exactly the same.
  • Forms before value. The homeowner has to hand over their details first and hope something useful comes back later. Most never do. Industry form completion sits in the low single digits.
  • Generic destinations. A QR code that opens your homepage tells the homeowner nothing about their home. Curiosity has nowhere to land, so it leaves.
  • Anonymous traffic. Even when someone does visit, you can't tell who scanned, which house, or which mailer worked.

Every one of those is the same mistake in a different costume: making the homeowner do the work. Fill the form, describe the roof, wait for the callback. The whole industry asks for information it should be giving.

So we flipped it.

What's new: a page that already knows their roof

With Smart QR Landing Pages, every letter and postcard you send through Reworked.ai carries a unique QR code. When the homeowner scans it, they don't get your homepage. They get a page we already built for their exact address, branded to your company.

This is what they see. These are real snapshots from a live page:

Greeted by name, with a number that demands a second look.
Greeted by name, with a number that demands a second look. "We spotted 2 problem areas on your roof" is not a slogan, it's the actual output of aerial analysis on their actual roof.
Their roof, annotated. The homeowner can pan the aerial capture and tap each flagged area. This is the moment the page earns trust: nobody can fake a photo of your own house.

Every finding, explained in plain English. What it is, where it is, and why it matters, written for a homeowner, not an adjuster.

The number, before anyone knocks. A full replacement figure and a monthly financing figure, calculated from the aerial measurement using the roofer's own pricing. No form was filled to get here.

The objection, answered before it's asked.
The objection, answered before it's asked. "No one was on your property" addresses the first thing a homeowner wonders when they see their own roof online.
The homeowner gives nothing and gets everything. Then, and only then, the page asks for the call.

What's different

Line it up against what roofers are paying for today:

What you have nowSmart QR Landing Page
One website for every visitorOne page per home, generated automatically for every address in your campaign
A form the homeowner must fill to learn anythingNo forms. The report is the greeting, value comes first
Widgets and quote tools billed monthlyIncluded with every Direct Mail campaign: the $2.71-per-door two-touch add-on (letter + postcard + postage) now carries the landing page, no extra setup
Anonymous clicks and scansEvery scan is tracked to a named home, so follow-up starts with who and where
Your brand disappears after the mailboxYour logo, colors, phone, and license carry from the mailer onto the page

And the mail itself gets stronger. A letter that says "scan to see what we found on your roof" is a fundamentally better promise than "call for a free quote," because the homeowner can cash it in ten seconds from the kitchen counter.

How to turn it on

If you run Direct Mail campaigns on Reworked.ai, you already have it. Three steps:

  1. Configure your campaign. Pick your mailer sequence and templates. Every template now includes the Smart QR page.
  2. Add your brand kit. Logo, name, phone, license. Five minutes here brands your mailers and every landing page at once.
  3. Preview and launch. See a live sample page before you send. Or point scans at your own site if you prefer.

Frequently asked questions

What does the homeowner see when they scan the QR code?

A page built for their exact address, branded to your company: their aerial roof photo with each flagged area annotated, plain-English findings, a roof health score, and a price estimate with a monthly financing figure. No forms: the report is the greeting.

Where do the findings and the price come from?

Roof condition is read from EagleView aircraft-mounted aerial imagery at 1-inch-per-pixel resolution, and the price estimate is calculated from the aerial roof measurement using your own pricing. Homeowners see honest, specific output about their own roof, not a generic calculator.

Do I have to use the Smart QR landing page?

No. You can point scans at your own website instead. Most roofers keep the Smart QR page because a personalized roof report converts curiosity better than a homepage, and every scan is tracked to a named home either way.

How do I know who scanned?

Every QR code is unique to one mailer and one address, so a scan is never anonymous traffic. You see which home scanned and which mailer worked, and you can follow up while the homeowner is still looking at their report.

What does it cost?

It's included in the two-touch Direct Mail Sequence add-on: $2.71 per door covers the letter, the branded postcard, the postage and the Smart QR landing page. There's no separate widget subscription or setup fee, and opportunities themselves stay $1.79 each.
